I'm happy to say that last Saturday, I started back at the gym. I did skip yesterday and today though. I skipped yesterday because I was writing an eight page paper and making a power point presentation for my Rhetoric class. I stayed up until 6 am to finish it and I woke up at 8 am. Therefore today, I really had no energy and I have an enormous weekend of studying ahead of me. I'm going to go back tomorrow morning though. I really need to go everyday, as I used to. I've become so out-of-shape.
Another hell week is on the way as midterms kick off on Monday. I wish I was more interested in what I'm learning at school, because my indifference toward the material has caused me to not really do a lot of work. I'm super behind; so, on top of studying for difficult tests, I'm also catching up. I'm going to try to challenge myself to suck it up and get over it.
I also need to try to be more economical and make better decisions.
Today was terribly Spring-like and awfully windy (Boston's weather is unpredictable and monstrous). I question why I ever came to school here, but then I thought about it and it does make sense. I wouldn't go to school in California or Florida because so far, I'm not a fan of beach weather (beach-culture's crazy awesome, though). I love a dreary looking environment: dark days, rain, the fall, snow...but, I don't like the icy cold of Boston. I'd prefer Canadian, Western European, or Seattle weather.
I went to a Ben Kweller concert on Tuesday night. It was wonderful and quite relaxing. He's a really good live act-sounds great. He has ill dance moves, too.
Word on the street is Blink 182 is back together (just a little impromptu thought).
I'm mad tired, so I need to get some shut eye, but I have a bunch of posts planned for the weekend that actually have meaning-unlike this projectile mind vomit. That was a lovely phrase right? Just keeping it classy.
