"cigarettes and coffee, man, that's a combination."

(Self-Portrait)
Today, when I went into a BU Campus Convenience store, I noticed a sign that said that they aren't selling cigarettes anymore on campus. In December, the Boston Public Health Commission approved that they'd regulate the sale of tobacco in health and educational facilities, including drug stores, as of today-February 9, 2009. This ban has been passed to prevent young people from getting sick or causing death.
Also, no new smoking bars are allowed to be opened as of today, and the ones that are in business are only allowed to remain open for the next 10 years. Basically, that means Hookah bars are dunnzo, kids.
The board also decided that it's now illegal for stores to sell blunt paper.
All I want to say regarding this on the public internet is: what about the Constitution?
